Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only at this time.
Cost
Free standard shipping on all orders. There is no minimum.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, get in touch and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order minus any shipping cost we incurred, or re-ship once the address is corrected.
