Returns & Refunds
If Sunla is not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fee.
Conditions
- The item must be in resalable condition with its original packaging and accessories.
- Returns must be started within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to start a return
Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank it may take another few days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, contact us with a photo and we will send a replacement. You do not need to return the faulty unit first, and you will not pay return shipping.
Exchanges
We currently sell a single product, so we do not offer exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order if you need a different configuration.
